Bella Vedere's devoted relationships with local producers, has naturally formed an evolving menu. Every day the kitchen develops a menu that reflectes what the season offers from their own kitchen garden and supporting what the local farmer has to offer which in turn assures the supply of pure & fresh ingredients. In four years, Gary Cooper & his kitchen team have enjoyed creating 1000 new lunch menus and 400 new dinner menues.
